**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an optimistic people leader to work directly with the franchisee and area manager to cultivate a successful team. You are responsible for the stores sales results and fostering a store culture for our team to thrive.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Championing an enthusiastic and bold sales environment**
- Provide CLEAR DAILY FOCUSES in the morning huddle
- Daily check-ins to continue the feedback loop

**Sales Process & Sales Outcomes**
- Ensure Engagement with OPTUS Lead Sales Program
- Ensure compliance rates are maintained by the team
- Minimum monthly achievement of 100% benchmark in Beyond YES Program

**Daily Store Operations**
- Ensure cleanliness & store standards
- Stock management; including handset management and sell through
- Cash handling

**Skills and Experience**
- Solid experience in retail sales
- Ability to cultivate exceptional customer experiences
- Experience and desire to lead a sales team

- **Paid Trial Shift** - This final step involves a hands-on experience at one of our stores. During this trial shift, you’ll get a feel for the role, interact with our team and customers, and demonstrate your potential fit within our dynamic environment. We want to ensure this position aligns with your skills and career goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
