**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking 2x Leasing Executives to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for a national portfolio spanning a variety of property types.

Reporting to our Transaction Management Director, you will form part of the Network Leasing team responsible for responsible for meeting all contractual requirements nationally including leasing strategy, governance, transaction activities and financial control. This role contributes to a ‘World Class’ Leasing capability and plays a significant role in supporting one of our well-esteemed clients and their corporate strategy.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney CBD with our well-esteemed client.

**What this role involves**:
Management and coordination of all contractual property portfolio activities, inclusive of securing tenure for Telstra’s ongoing occupancy and access across the Telstra Network leasehold portfolio, and eliminating risk to Telstra’s cross enterprise business activities
Management of all strategic and administrative related duties across the portfolio inclusive of initiative & budget development, rent-roll variance reporting and approvals, KPI adherence and periodic performance reporting to JLL Senior Management and Telstra Stakeholders.
Delivering optimum commercial outcomes for all Telstra’s Network leasing negotiations and meeting all annual Network leasing financial and qualitative targets.
Other property related tasks requested by JLL Senior Management as directed.

Tertiary qualification (Real Estate / Property / Business)
Ideally with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a client facing tenant representation and/or leasing role.
Experience with telecommunication industry and/or high volume real estate portfolio will be highly desirable
Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within an ever-changing environment.
Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrates the ability to maintain, manage and report accurate transaction and financial data across a large and complex portfolio.
Experience with lease administration and property management databases.
