**What this opportunity involves**:
Due to recent business expansion, an exciting 12-month contract role has become available with scope to extend.
As the Leasing Executive, you will be performing a range of general property leasing functions across the Retail portfolio of our reputable Telecommunications client who is working on an exciting business development acquisition.

Bring your commercial nous, teamwork skills and collaborative nature to our high performance, multi-disciplined Property team to service the requirements of our valued client.

**An Overview of the role**:
Consolidate general market research reports
Lease abstraction and database management
Critical date reporting across the property portfolio
Preparation of work in progress reports
General review of lease documentation
Supporting Senior team members with property transactions
Manage and coordinate property portfolio activities
Cash flow preparation for Business Case submissions

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Demonstrated capability to maintain and manage data accurately
Commercial understanding of contracts and leases
Prioritisation ability with tight operational and financial deadlines
Sound interpersonal skills, operating as a proactive and engaged team member
Positive outlook to catering for the needs of the client
Relevant Tertiary qualification (Real Estate/Property)
Background in a client facing tenant representation or leasing role
Experience in lease administration and property management databases
