Our client is the state regulator of the teaching profession in Victoria. They register new teaching graduates to then allow them to officially teach in a classroom environment. Ensuring all students have the right to be taught by supportive and safe teachers, and this organisation investigates any concerns of misconduct. They are seeking multiple teacher engagement officers to join their team in the CBD.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous experience working in a contact centre and have the desire to work within the Government sector. This role requires you to problem-solve on the spot and utilise your initiative to assist callers. You will have the ability to work in the office Monday to Friday based in the CBD and have a passion for customer service. Seeking proactive contact centre experts who can interpret legislation to relay information accurately to student and teachers. As per Government mandates, this role requires a 3 dose covid vaccination and evidence will need to be provided before interview. You will have experience in a fast-paced environment and this role is short term temporary until the end of October. For those who excel in this position during the temporary timeframe, there may be a chance for extension after October.
