**Your new company**
I am working with an independent state authority that regulates the teaching profession, ensuring quality teaching for the safety and wellbeing of children. Working with new teaching graduates to get them registered in time for term 1 teaching jobs, as well as regulating the compliance of current teachers.

**Your new role**
There are two streams to this role, you may be selected for one stream, however you must be flexible to work between both streams to assist the current business needs. The first stream is speaking with teachers, principals and stakeholders who have enquiries around the process of registration and the organisation itself. You will be providing accurate advise and upholding customer service levels. The second stream of work is the registration of Teachers. This includes assessing and processing documents and verifying all accurate data. Some cases may be straight forward and others may be more complex and require some investigative work.
