**Your new company**
Hays are proud to continue their partnership with one of Victoria's longest standing public service organisations. They provide a vital service to all road users, and to continue doing so they require the engagement of two Licence & Registration Officers to join their office in Kew.

**Your new role**
As a Licence & Registration Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

- Investigating and resolving customer enquiries relating in a timely fashion according to policy, procedure and legislative requirements
- Accurately process transactions as required
- Provide verbal and written advice in accordance with relevant legislation
- Ensuring data integrity and the privacy of personal information is maintained at all times
- Maintain current organisational knowledge in order to best inform customers of best practice
- Providing on the job guidance for less experienced staff once established in the role

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong customer service experience and have recently worked in a fast-paced customer facing or call centre role
- Previous administration experience is highly desirable
- Ability to learn legislation quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
