**THE OPPORTUNITY...**
We have an exciting opportunity for an **IT Helpdesk Officer** to join our IT Team
Reporting to the ICT Manager, this role will be responsible for providing IT Support to our Retail and Head Office teams by assessing and actioning IT requests, escalating issues where necessary, and maintaining IT Systems, software and hardware.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Providing accurate and timely ICT Help Desk support for staff and Decjuba store teams who require ICT assistance.
- Maintenance, installation, and service of computers and computer-related software and hardware as directed.
- Assist in investigating, analysing, and resolving hardware problems including repairs, maintenance, technical assistant and support on all computing equipment and peripherals.
- Maintain the user account management process by creating, changing, and deleting user accounts according to the IT Requisition process.
- Maintain and ensure all ICT Asset registers are current, reporting to the ICT Manager on stock levels. This will also involve ensuring all business mobile phones are correctly allocated with accurate information registered to our provider.
- Monitor and report on IT Security issues, including Darktrace network alerts.
- Assist in ICT projects such as software rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure.
**OUR NEXT IT SUPPORT OFFICER**
- 1 years’ experience in an IT Helpdesk position - _desirable but not necessary_
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- ** Willing to travel to store locations to carry out tasks when required**:
- Flexible availability for occasional work outside of standard business hours
