We offer our clients a service that involves business rescue, dissolution, insolvency, turnaround management, forensic accounting, special investigations and valuations as well as any other general business advice.

This opportunity is for a **permanent full-time Office Receptionist** who is looking to start up their career in an office environment. This position involves working closely with the Office Manager and the Executive Assistant as well as assisting our Marketing team and Insolvency Accountants. This will allow beginners in this career to experience and grow within the Firm as many of the staff previously have.

We are looking for an individual who has:

- Up to 2 years’ experience within Office Administration or Reception duties, however any other relevant experience will be considered
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to focus and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to use own initiative when unsupervised and follow directions when given
- High level of professionalism, confident, with a friendly personality and a ‘can do’ attitude
