**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for effective planning of inside sales advisers & customer service resources.
- Manage team of 3-4 Sales & CS professionals with team expected to grow throughout the year.
- Manage and oversee the in-home video consultations offering to customers.
- Manage source and close new sales opportunities and lead follow up with the team.
- Manage the daily samples processing to customers.
- Manage and follow through on customer feedback including complaints and handling.
- Introduce and monitor KPI’s and targets for internal team members and review performance.
- Coaching and training the internal team on best sales practice, problem solving and grievance handling and identify future skills & training opportunities.
- Conduct product training and upskilling of team members capabilities.
- Open & close of the business office as required.

- Proven track record of managing Sales team.
- Strong people management skills;.
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal & external.
- Organisational skills to ensure smooth operation of sales and service team.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure win-win outcome for customer and business.
- Customer centricity to maintain strong brand in market.
