JML Plumbing & Gas is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Administration Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless coordination of plumbing services appointments, contributing to the success and reputation of our company. As this role offers the opportunity to grow into a scheduling operations manager role you will be able to grow with the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage and coordinate the scheduling of plumbing services appointments, taking into account customer preferences and technician availability.
- ** Dispatching Mastery**: Skillfully assign plumbing technicians to service calls, optimizing resources and ensuring timely response to customer needs.
- ** Customer Satisfaction**: Exceed customer expectations by providing accurate information, resolving scheduling conflicts promptly, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free scheduling experience.
- ** Organizational Wizardry**: Maintain an organized and up-to
- date schedule for plumbing technicians using advanced scheduling software, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- ** Documentation Proficiency**: Keep meticulous records of appointments, service requests, and customer interactions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
- ** Problem-Solving Prowess**: Quickly identify and address scheduling issues, emergencies, or conflicts, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in resolving challenges.
- ** Collaborative Spirit**: Work closely with other team members, including technicians, customer service representatives, and managers, to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

**Salary**:$25 - $40 per hour, depending on experience

**Schedule**:40hrs per week
