Technician Coordinator needed for small company based in Mitchell ACT

Hays Canberra are looking for a Works Scheduling Coordinator who will lend their administrative and organisational expertise to our client who service a wide range of commercial, retail, institutional and industrial customers. This position represents a great opportunity to combine your management and technical skills.

**Your new role**
As a Work Scheduling Coordinator, you be they key point of contact both clients and technicians. Reporting to the Service Manager, your main responsibility will involve the planning, managing, and organising of planned and reactive maintenance tasks for the Service Technicians within the ACT region.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience in a similar role is not essential but highly desirable. If you have a trades background such as Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or Building would be highly advantageous Exceptional organisation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are a MUST.

In addition to this, you will also require:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite
- Australian Citizenship or full working rights
- Proof of Covid vaccination
- Be willing to work as part of a team

**What you'll get in return**
This is a permanent full-time position. Based in Mitchell ACT, you will have the opportunity to join a small team who are focussed on growth creating a diverse and inclusive working environment.

In addition to this, you will also be offered:

- $65,000 - $70,000 + Super
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5:30pm
