As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Provide first-line technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot technical problems both remotely and onsite.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- **Network Administration**:

- Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and internet systems.
- Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Implement security measures to protect client data, software, and hardware.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment, software, and licenses.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords for client systems.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on various software and hardware systems.
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for clients.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and resolve technical issues through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff or external vendors as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Swazzy IT team to implement and support IT initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with client IT departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Experience with network and server management.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and office software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for maintenance and support tasks.

Pay: From $53,460.65 per year
