**Requirements**:

- Microsoft 365 including Azure AD management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Desktop level troubleshooting, including hardware, and Operating System.
- An understanding of networking including routers, VOIP, SIP, VPN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall and NBN.
- Experience troubleshooting remotely of issues with PC hardware, printers, scanners, networking peripherals (Modem, Router and Switch), Internet connection, and WiFi connection.
- Helpdesk ticketing and remote support systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively using remote support tools
- Triaging and classification of inbound requests and incidents
- Keep ticket notes, client information, detail diagnosed issue and configuration items up to date.
- Monitoring clients network, backup, and EDR.
- Follow up clients incident status rectify the issue.
- Adherence to SLAs and prioritisation of incidents
- Create and update documentation as required
- Assist Account Managers and Onsite Engineers in identifying areas of improvement in customer environments
- Training and research to stay up to date with new technology

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston, VIC 3072: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
