**About the Role**:
As the Executive Support Lead, you will provide high-quality, all-round service-oriented professional support to the CEO and wider Executive Leadership team as required. You will be responsible for the Support Services Office (Norwest) and liaising with the Marketing & Communications Team on the coordination of events.

In this dynamic role, you will manage the CEO and other Executives' diaries, organise meetings, and handle travel arrangements. You'll process and reconcile expenses, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for Executive team meetings including meeting and event logistics. Additionally, you will lead the everyday operation of the Support Services Office (Norwest), developing and implementing office policies and procedures.

**About you**:
To excel as an Executive Support Lead, you will have:

- Demonstrable experience providing business support, including diary management, administrative tasks, event management, financial tasks, and minute-taking to a CEO and/or Executive team.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite and the ability to quickly learn and utilise other/new technology systems.
- Excellent diary and event management skills.
- Autonomous work style and sound decision-making abilities.
- Proven appetite for continued development of professional practice relevant to this role.
- Ability to work to deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and commitment to occasional travel, including inter-state.
