**About the role**:
As the Head of Cyber, Risk, and Compliance, your primary responsibility is to create and drive the organisation’s cyber security strategy, ensuring our technology infrastructure and data remain secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), you will lead a specialist team to proactively identify, assess and mitigate cyber threats, guide incident response and vulnerabilities remediation.

Your strategic development of policies and frameworks aligns with best practices, supporting the organisation's goals. Collaborating closely with the CDIO and senior leadership, you provide strategic counsel on cyber security, risk, and compliance initiatives, reinforcing the organisation's strategic direction and objectives.

**About you**:

- To be considered, you will have:
- Qualifications in IT and/or Cyber Security related disciplines
- 10+ years Corporate IT experience
- Cyber Security Management experience
- Risk and Compliance Management experience
- Experience in understanding and compiling cyber strategies and roadmaps
- Experience in use of risk and compliance methodologies and frameworks such as such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the ACSC's Essential 8
- Experience in planning and delivering cyber security, risk and compliance projects and programs from concept to closure
- Experience with managing Vendors to fulfil security requirements
- Proven high level leadership and change management skills with the ability to manage through influence
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Aged & Community Care sector experience desirable
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and planning technical resources to fulfil project requirements
