**About the role**:
Reporting to the Mobility and Immigration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the effective delivery of our Mobility Program by supporting internal teams and employees in relocation, mobility and immigration matters.

This exciting opportunity will see you manage and action a range of relocation services, support immigration matters, and contribute to the strategic framework which is designed to build and retain a high quality, adaptive, flexible and effective workforce sufficient to meet BaptistCare’s ambitious plans.

**About You**:

- To be considered, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in relocation & related support services
- Strong understanding of customer service and promoting outstanding customer experience
- Highly organised, systematic, and thorough, with a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage tasks with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in stakeholder management and building effective relationships across different levels of a business
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and HR organisational policies and practices
- Current Driver’s License and commitment to occasional travel across NSW, ACT and WA
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s values.
