Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of Australian seniors and their families? We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Manager with strong leadership skills to join our team and drive the strategic direction, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives for our Retirement Living portfolio.
**Your Role**: As the Marketing Manager for Retirement Living, you will support the Head of Marketing to enhance our digital presence, improve customer experience, and generate sales inquiries. You will lead a team of marketing specialists, focusing on stakeholder engagement, marketing planning, lead generation, and brand development. Your efforts will contribute to transforming the lives of Australian seniors and their families.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a Marketing Manager role within the healthcare, senior living, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through day to day tasks as well as change.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive growth, sales, and customer engagement.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape.
- Strong experience in utilising data-driven insights for decision-making and optimising marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing agency relationships and external partnerships for successful campaign execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Current Drivers Licence and commitment to occasional travel including interstate.
