**What You’ll Do**:

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **talent acquisition or recruitment**, preferably in **healthcare or dental.**:

- Ability to **work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment** while maintaining quality.
- Strong **stakeholder engagement** skills, with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
- Familiarity with **ATS platforms** (SmartRecruiters preferred) and recruitment marketing techniques.
