**Description**:
The Role

Due to the growth within our Operations Team - House & Land, we are seeking a bi-lingual Sales Coordinator. The role will be reporting to the Operations Director - House & Land and will assist with contract preparation, contract exchange and general administrative duties within the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquires for the House & Land Sales team, including project information, stock enquiries and other general enquiries;
- Manage all enquiries to relevant departments for information to liaise back with the sales team;
- Liaise with Developers and Builders to prepare summaries of each project;
- Assist in arranging display/ showroom inspection for sales and clients;
- Liaise with the Finance Team in relation to reservations fees and other payments;
- Support the Sales Team throughout the sales process, particularly through contract execution, settlement and post-settlement/ after-service phases;
- Prepare weekly reports;
- Manage advertising and stock lists;
- Reception & general office administration.

Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English & Mandarin - both written & verbal.
- Preferred experience in Real Estate contract administration &/or general administration;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Impeccable organisation skills;
- Excellent client relationship skills;
- Experience using a CRM system.
