Nexus Fundraising seeks experienced and mature Events Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a representative for well-known charity clients, you'll play a crucial role in driving fundraising initiatives at prominent shopping centres.

Position: Mature Events Sales Agent

Location: Shopping Centers (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: Starting from $44,730 per annum

Commission and Bonus Structure: Lucrative incentives based on performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with shoppers at designated shopping centres to promote and secure donations for reputable charity clients.
- Articulate compelling narratives about charitable causes and initiatives to inspire potential donors.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while representing Nexus Fundraising and its charitable partners.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise campaign success and share best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales or fundraising experience, focusing on face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A mature and approachable demeanour, establishing rapport with potential donors.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends for special events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $48,216.68 - $86,082.93 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
