**Outbound Sales Agent - No Cold Calling**

**Position Overview**:
As an Outbound Day Tour Agent at Omni Fundraising you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers who have expressed interest in our travel packages.

The role does not involve cold calling; you will be connecting with warm leads who are already interested in our services. Your goal will be to provide these potential clients with personalized travel experiences, showcasing our expertise and commitment to quality.

If you have travel experience, it's a significant advantage as it allows you to relate to our customers and make their dreams a reality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact and engage with warm leads interested in our travel services.
- Understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and offer tailored travel solutions.
- Provide detailed information about our travel packages and services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various travel destinations and options.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Passion for travel and personal travel experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Availability for a casual position of up to 30 hours weekly.

**Salary**: $31.10 - $40.05 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
