Mature Events Sales Agent - Nexus Fundraising

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for making a positive impact? Nexus Fundraising is currently seeking experienced and mature Events Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a representative for well-known charity clients, you'll play a crucial role in driving fundraising initiatives at prominent shopping centers.

**Position: Mature Events Sales Agent**

Location: Shopping Centers (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type:*Full-Time

**Salary**: Starting from $44,730 per annum

Commission and Bonus Structure:*Lucrative incentives based on performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with shoppers at designated shopping centers to promote and secure donations for reputable charity clients.
- Articulate compelling narratives about the charitable causes and initiatives to inspire potential donors.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Nexus Fundraising and its charitable partners.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize campaign success and share best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or fundraising, with a focus on face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A mature and approachable demeanor, establishing rapport with potential donors.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends for special events.

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
