A fantastic full-time opportunity is available in our administration and customer experience departments, we need to build on our already experienced and passionate teams.

**About the role**:
The team are customer focused and demonstrates a proactive approach to achieving team and individual goals.

Your working day will be based on a 37.5-hour week with a 30 min lunch. Actual start-finish hours to be negotiated.

**Key accountabilities of these roles include**:

- The ability to reach solutions within the company guidelines whilst achieving the best solution for the company and the customer.
- Liaising with colleagues, other staff and third-party suppliers in order to resolve issues.

**To be considered for this opportunity, your resume should demonstrate**:

- 2 years plus, prior experience in Administration & Customer Experience roles.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of office procedures and administrative skills including intermediate computer skills and the ability to effectively utilise office software packages such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels within the organisation.
- Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
