Icombined360 are looking for an individual with drive and energy, motivated by putting our customers first. We are looking for someone Early in their Career looking for an all-round Administration / Retails customer Service position for a Hire company located in the Eastern creek.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Build and maintain detailed and ordered customer
- Ensure key performance indicators and company objectives are met / exceeded
- Use initiative to bridge gaps in communication, processes, and outcomes
- Remain flexible and ensure all issues are escalated with priority and managed accordingly
- Provide regular feedback to management on service levels and new business trends

- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Face to face customer service, Hire out machines & other products.
- Booking in Hired Products & return dates
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to effectively handle sensitive situations
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Valid driver’s licence

**Salary**: From $29.89 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Retails / Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence - Manual Preferred (preferred)

Work Location: One location
