Eastern Creek, Australia HR Ambassador Full time

Our client specialises in industrial hosing solutions from hydraulic rubber & thermoplastic hose fittings, couplings & tubes. Due to recent growth we are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service officer to assist the sales team.

About the role:

- Data entry
- Use of Proto ERP System as well as Microsoft office
- General administration duties
- Day shift position - 8am-5pm

About you
- Accurate order entry and attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritise and manage time.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office
- Excellent attendance record and be punctual and reliable.
- Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
- Fast learner and able to retain large amounts of information.
- Customer service experience required and/or Internal sales experience desired.
- Pronto ERP System experience desired.
- Be able to pass a National Police check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eastern Creek, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
