**About The Role**

We are seeking a **Trainee Finance Administrator** to be engaged on a permanent fulltime basis, working on a high-profile rail construction project - The South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication.

Reporting to the Finance & Cost Control Manager, you will support the finance team in ensuring the integrity of the financial reporting processes. This role is based on-site in South Geelong with Working from Home flexibility.

Opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Business Finance as part of your training and career development with us.

**About You**
- Experience in data-entry, customer service, accounts payable, finance admin or book-keeping
- Experience in Excel, Dbot, Workbench, Sun Accounts, Promaster, Microsoft Suites including Outlook is highly regarded
- Experience in administrative tasks such as accounts payable, reconciliation, account audits, purchase orders, check and code invoices, client claims, maintaining asset registers, financial reports is highly regarded
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload, including invoice processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
