About the role

As we have continued to see growth across our business, we are excited to bring on a motivated Finance Administrator to join our Finance team.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join us on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts or office role, looking to develop their skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Finance Administrator will play an integral role in daily financial activities such as:

- Daily processing of trust receipts and bank reconciliations
- EFT payments, credit card processing, and basic financial reporting
- Support for debtor management and client billing activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Oversee and maintain the Finance Inbox, responding to inquiries and ensuring records are accurate
- Provide backup support for accounts payable, loading invoices and processing payments
- Working closely with our finance team, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support the firm’s financial objectives.

You will be:

- Organised, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and adaptable to learning new financial software
- An effective communicator who can collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Committed to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling financial data
- Ready to develop your financial skills and grow with our team
