The Maker Designer Kitchens (part of the ABN Group), located in Bassendean, is Western Australia's largest and most awarded designer kitchen, stone and glass manufacturer. The Maker employs over 150 staff over 3 dedicated premises and is focused on providing excellence in quality and service.

**The Role**

We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our energetic front of house team, in a permanent full-time capacity. Your professional presentation and telephone manner will see you deliver exceptional customer service.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing a high level of customer service and support
- Greet clients professionally
- Answering and redirecting calls in an efficient and effective manner, with a polite and friendly attitude
- Administration duties and support as required
- Maintaining reception area
- Maintaining registers
- Ordering of consumables
- Assisting with WHS tasks
- Regularly liaising with customers, staff and suppliers
- Other administrational duties as directed by the Office Manager

**Experience and Personal Attributes**:

- Customer service experience
- Well presented and personable
- Can-do attitude, ready to take on new tasks and challenges
- Customer focused, with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work well in a team
- Experience with MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel etc (highly desirable)
