An Opportunity exists for a Loyalty Program Operations Lead reporting into the Head of Loyalty and eCommerce. This an exciting opportunity that has accountability for end-to-end management of the Priceline loyalty program, ensuring strong engagement and rewarding experiences for our loyal membership base.

**The responsibilities for this role include:
- The Loyalty Program Operations Lead will be accountable for
- Execute rewards program to drive growth in Digital & Data P&L, including overseeing day-to-day operations, commercial strategy, and partner perk management.
- Driving growth across the Priceline Sister Club membership base i.e. acquisition, increased member engagement (incl scan rate, member tier progression), customer lifetime value, frequency and basket size
- Lead communications plan and member marketing strategies, with a focus on eDM, and ensure loyalty program's contractual agreements are met
- Supporting the Head of Loyalty & eCommerce to scope and oversee the delivery of projects which drive maturity / strengthen the rewards program (including CVP review)
- Building cross-functional relationships to ensure the program can be executed on time, as promised to customers and in line with contractual agreements with suppliers / partners
- Building cross-functional relationships across all API brands to grow the rewards program (incl. eCommerce, Clear Skincare Clinics, B2B, Banner Brands)
- Coach and mentor, the Loyalty team

**About the Role**:

- 5-10 years’ experience across customer loyalty and reward program management and delivery
- Strong commercial, P&L experience with a demonstrated track record of revenue growth and ability to meet earnings targets
- Must have experience with marketing automation platforms as a CRM / Loyalty Specialist / Manager
- Project management experience, with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects while working under pressure
- Solving problems | Demonstrated ability to use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions.
- Managing change | Demonstrated capability to lead, support and manage change within teams. Understanding the impact on the team and taking ownership for implementation of change.
- Communicating | Demonstrated capability to communicate clearly and concisely ensuring messages are understood by all within the team using a range of communication techniques. Ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively and provide feedback constructively.
- Innovating and improving | Demonstrated capability to lead continuous improvement activities and encourage team members to identify ineffective processes and contribute to new ideas and ways of working.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification (Business, Research, Design, Psychology, Service Design, Experience Design or related field)
