**What is the role?**

Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector this is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills.

In this diverse role you will be part of a team responsible for providing assistance to the Marketing Manager by:

- Stock control management of all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and sales documents
- Stock control management of all signage items including stakes, directional, corflutes, stickers, A-frames, promotional boards
- Update the website and intranet ensuring all content is current and accurate at all times
- Assist and monitor of social media posts and advert placements
- Weekly and monthly reporting of marketing channel performance as required
- Assist the Marketing Coordinator with the coordination and upkeep of display home marketing material
- Copywriting in our brand tone for EDM’s and website content / landing pages
- Assist with events and the Marketing team where required
- Manage invoicing

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach, strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Strong initiative, can work independently and with a team
