Maddington Toyota and Canning Vale Toyota are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team and kick-start their career in the exciting world of automobiles. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and organisation of all Dealerships marketing activities and events ensuring strong brand awareness and market exposure.

ROLE

Join our team and take on an exciting role where you will:

  • Be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, including videos, posts, and stories.
  • Manage our online presence and reputation, including marketing campaigns, dealership website, social networking websites, blogs, and review sites.
  • Assist with executing all brand marketing initiatives
  • Develop brand-specific marketing campaigns and sales promotions that enhance brand and guest-centric market awareness.
  • Maintain relationships with all sponsorship arrangements.
  • Manage merchandise stock, staff uniforms, and any dealership branded stationary.

YOU:

  • A passion for marketing, with a strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Creativity, decisiveness, forward-thinking, and commercial awareness.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
  • Intermediate skill within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs is highly regarded.
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing is desirable
