We’re looking for an organised, excited, and passionate **Marketing Assistant**, who is a keen problem solver and solution creator. They are primarily responsible for supporting the growing activities of the marketing team. This is a varied role where you will get exposure to a range of tasks - from the analytical to the creative. The marketing team is being expanded and you will have the opportunity to help shape how we grow into the future Are you curious? **Responsibilities**:

- This role is part-time initially, with the expectation of full-time hours in the not too distant future._

Here’s a snapshot of our Marketing Assistant’s day-to-day activities:

- Manage reporting and draw insights from our HubSpot platform on several marketing activities
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of the social media calendar and content to drive awareness and engagement
- Research topics and ideas, turning them into content
- Coordinate content and delivery of client communications
- Manage the corporate website and learn the strategy behind the scenes
- Ad hoc marketing administration, working directly with the Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create: Graphic design and content for social media, e-marketing, print materials and website; Creating and editing photos and short format videos for social
- Engage in events planning to coordinate logistics, in collaboration with the operations team.

**Experience**:

- We are looking for a team member who is ready to start their career or is already in the industry with 1-2 years of experience
- A Marketing degree/diploma/certificate will be highly regarded but is not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
