**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The primary function is to assist with the compensation and benefits portfolio and ensuring payroll is processed timely and accurately. The portfolio may cover Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan and Canada, or other countries as the company further expands.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing compensation and benefits portfolio, including ad hoc operational reporting, survey, audit as needed
- Processing Work Cover cases
- Managing and maintaining of HRIS systems and payroll system
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Assist in HR management and other related tasks from time to time.
- Any other duties as required from time to time.

**What you will need to suceed**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Possess a strong ability for mathematics
