**The Opportunity**

We are on the search for a

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- Lead and coach an Agile multidisciplinary team towards self-organisation, collaboration, and maturity through continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholders, sprints, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies and workshops to encourage purposeful and effective outcomes.
- Support the Product Owners with backlog refinement, identification of goals, and engagement of key stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports for executive updates, detail team progress, sprint burn downs, risks and issues and achievements.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across the various work streams of the team.
- Proven project management experience in delivering projects in Agile environments, using Agile methodology and tools.
- Experience in identifying risks in project and working with risk management approaches and mitigation strategies across multiple stakeholder complex business environments.
- Proven ability to manage a team with specialised skills and coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with people at all levels, including internal and external stakeholders.
