**Job Description**:
Leidos has an opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master/Coach to come in and support our Federal Government Program to deliver an enterprise data platform that will drive one of the most visited websites in Australia.
- Provide Scrum Master/Coaching services across multiple scrum teams:
- Ensure the scrum teams follow the defined Agile delivery rhythms
- Facilitate and/or coach scrum ceremonies using project specified collaboration tool(s)
- Pro-actively unblock internal impediments
- Engage with all members of the scrum teams to maintain the same level of understanding on various project issues
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Maintain collaboration tools hosted on various environments
**Qualifications**:
**About You and What You Will Bring**
- Agile methodology and Scrum Master/Coaching experience in large-scale software/systems integration environment
- Demonstrated experience in process improvements in software/systems integration environments to improve team efficiencies
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using and configuring Agile collaboration tools, e.g. Atlassian suite
**Desirable Experience**:
- Technical background in IT Engineering or Development is highly desirable
- Formal training and/or qualifications in Agile project development practices
