**About the role**:
Scrum Masters are full-time team coaches and servant leaders that create, reform, and sustain agile teams and develop deep knowledge of agile practices, principles and cultures in themselves and the individuals around them. The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating several team events, such as sprint planning, showcase, team retrospectives and daily scrum, as well as contributing to larger Release Train activities such as system showcases, release train retrospectives, scrum of scrums and PI planning.

While not responsible for the work at hand, the Scrum Master is responsible for protecting the team and enabling them to fulfil their sprint and PI objectives, as well as working to resolve the various impediments that affect the team throughout the process.

**Key responsibilities**:
The Deliverables for the Scrum Master (Delivery Management) include, but are not limited to the following:

- Accountable for Enterprise Data and Analytics Branch program delivery for Multiple EPICS in eD&A modernisation, Vaccine and Health stream projects.
