We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced **Head of Marketing & Sustainability **to lead our **Nespresso** ANZ Marketing function, located in Rhodes. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be a key member of our executive leadership team and play a pivotal role driving the success of our marketing, sustainability and brand strategy for our iconic brand.

**We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Sustainability who will...**

Lead, inspire and continue to develop the **Nespresso** Marketing function including Marketing, Brand, Sustainability and CRM Teams, while developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. You will work closely with the sales team to identify market opportunities, develop compelling campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the coffee or luxury goods industries, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth. To be successful in this role you will need to have a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire within your own team and beyond, as well as have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. People management experience, in leading and managing cross functional teams is essential. Driving both short-term growth and long-term brand equity, Your responsibilities will include;
- Leading, inspiring and developing a passionate team to create a world class marketing & sustainability function
- Ensuring the adaptation of the global Marketing Strategy, contributing towards and supporting the roll out of corporate/regional initiatives/projects.
- Establishing an integrated marketing activity plan for the market inclusive of PR, Events, consumer (club) and Office Coffee Services, Advertising and CRM to support the brand and product plan.
- Implementation and compliance of all HQ guidelines related to the Nespresso Brand Essence and Architecture and leverage as a competitive advantage
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, distributors, machine partners, industry associations & influencers.
