We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced** Marketing Manager** to join** Nespresso B2B Sales team**, located at our Head Office in** Rhodes.** Reporting to the B2B Commercial Manager, you will lead our B2B Marketing efforts. You will define and execute local marketing strategies, and continuously improve our B2B product and brand portfolio in line with global launches, IAP themes, and local opportunities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute OOH marketing strategies to deliver strong commercial value across Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive communication, awareness, and lead generation for key stakeholders.
- Manage the OOH PFME budget.
- Analyse market trends and competitive developments to deploy impactful marketing strategies.
- Ensure adherence to media KPIs and audit controls.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance customer lifetime value and satisfaction.
- Manage local B2B events from concept to implementation, including product launches and trade events.
- Lead and implement brand sponsorship activities.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in the B2B business.
- Work with the B2B Operations lead to engage stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive key local or HQ-initiated B2B marketing projects.
- Lead OOH project meetings and align business objectives with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OOH commercial policies and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Attract and retain top talent, ensuring high team engagement.
- Continuously improve work processes to drive efficiency.
This position requires a degree in Economics, Business, Commercial, or a similar field, and at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing or Operations Manager. We're looking for someone with team management skills, great brand and communication abilities, and experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organisation. If you've worked in the B2B/OOH/professional sector, with leading global brands, and have managed complex projects, that's a big plus
