Marketing Manager- Uncle Toby's

Location: Rhodes, Sydney, Australia | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

**The Opportunity**:
UNCLE TOBYS is one of Australia's most loved and trusted brands making a range of breakfast cereals and nutritious snacks. Our range of nutritious and delicious breakfast cereals and snacks have helped nourish the active Australian lifestyle for generations.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our great culture and high performing team on a **12-month fixed term contract**. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be accountability for driving the strategic long-term agenda of the Uncle Toby’s Oats portfolio.

You will lead accelerated brand performance, deliver renovation & innovation projects and work cross functionally and collaboratively to achieve sales growth. As Uncle Tobys is a local brand you will also lead communication development and execution.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Responsible for strategic planning and the development of the long-term vision for the brand
- Accountable for the development and implementation of Marketing Plans across the portfolio with local development
- Leadership of communication strategies for local deployment
- Accountable for functional competency development & succession planning of the Oats marketing team
- Contribute to a high performing culture across the Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) Marketing team.

**What will make you successful**:

- You will have a love for Food and an interest for all things food-related
- You will have previous experience as a Marketing Manager ideally in a similar industry
- You will have the ability to access risk and think differently with the energy to inspire your cross-functional team and stakeholders.
- It will be highly regarded but not essential if you have cross-functional experience from Category or Sales related roles.
- You will have a proven track record creating marketing strategies and implementation, NPD and ATL campaign management experience
- You will be a digital champion, with demand generation experience, communication development and digital capabilities in building brands
- You will have solid experience in project management and leading projects from concept creation, new product development, launches and innovation leadership
- You will have strong business acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
