DingGo Accident Management is rapidly expanding, and we're seeking a curious, tech-savvy, and people-focused individual who’s passionate about leveraging AI and automation to transform how we operate.
This unique role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and learning & development. You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and the Head of Data to define our AI vision, build capabilities across the business, and help us achieve 50% operational optimisation through practical AI integration and product automation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Development**
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer, Head of Data and Head of Operations to articulate a company-wide vision for AI and automation (e.g., “Every person, every day, powered by AI”).
- Co-develop enabling guardrails that promote safe, creative, and ethical AI usage across all teams.
- Contribute to product development plans and workshops, bringing operator insights and practical ideas to the table.

**Capability & Training Program Design**
- Design and deliver a hands-on AI capability program tailored to different business units.
- Lead the development of team-specific AI use cases and encourage experimentation and innovation.

**Training Delivery & Optimisation**
- Deliver training for the DingGo Operations team to enhance skills, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
- Streamline training processes to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Foster participant engagement and enthusiasm for AI-driven and automation workflows.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop to track training impact and identify areas for improvement.

**Performance Monitoring & Coaching**
- Use operational reports and performance metrics to guide training priorities.
- Conduct regular 1:1 observation session to spot inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities.
- Identify individual skill gaps through ongoing coaching and support.
- Encourage cross-team collaboration between Claims, Comms, and the NZ team where appropriate.

**Automation Pipeline**
- Own the process automation pipeline: track feature builds, identify new use cases, and liaise with the Chief Product to prioritise new features and proof-of-concepts.
- Work closely with the Head of Data, Head of Operations and the Chief Technology Officer on designing and delivering AI and automation solutions
- Stay up to date on advancements in generative AI, workflow automation, and low/no-code tools.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experienced project manager or product manager with experience in utilising AI tools for automation as well as writing technical product/feature briefs for developers.
- Proficiency in **Jira**, **Microsoft Office**, and **Google Workspace**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong **time management** and multitasking abilities
- **Flexible and resilient** in a fast-moving, evolving business setting

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
