Dressing down (aka casual Fridays)?

We have a dress-down code or a "devolution" as we call it It's something to look forward to and we can physically see the week counting down to Friday

Our employees dress up on Mondays and Tuesdays by wearing company colors, and dress down later with a casual Thursday and Friday.

Are you passionate about marketing in a techy environment and getting hands-on with execution? We are a leading software consultancy seeking a dynamic Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll not only help develop comprehensive marketing strategies but also dive into the details to ensure successful delivery across all channels.

You will work collaboratively with our Design, SSW TV, and Sales Teams to create and implement effective marketing initiatives.

We're looking for someone who has a proven track record in marketing within a tech-focused environment and is eager to contribute at every level, from high-level planning to the nitty-gritty of campaign execution. Your expertise in both marketing and technology will be crucial in driving our brand forward, engaging our target audience, and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Help develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.

Creating Social Media & digital content

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to support marketing initiatives.

Plan and execute events.

Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and understand our audience.

Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, trends, and technologies.

About you:

The right to live and work in Australia

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years' experience in marketing

Have a keen interest in AI and be familiar with the latest marketing tools

Ability to multi-task

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Experienced in writing blogs or equivalent

Experienced in Google Ads/Analytics, and social media paid campaigns

Self-motivation and high attention to detail

Your "can-do" attitude and commitment to getting the job done will secure you an interview
