We are currently seeking experienced FIFO Site Administrators for upcoming work remote mining camps in WA, with flights departing from Perth, Western Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to one of our renowned facilities management clients. You will need to be willing to work as a Utility should we not always have Site Admin work available for you.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Managing site rosters and travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinating procurement and logistics for the site, including liaising with suppliers and managing inventory
- Providing administrative support to site management, including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of site operations, including attendance, timesheets, and payroll data
- Liaising with on-site personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development and implementation of site policies and procedures.

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Experience working in a similar role in a FIFO environment, preferably within the mining industry
- Experience using INX
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with databases and payroll systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work day shift and night shift
- Current National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol screen
