**Description**:
**The Role**:
We are seeking a suitably qualified and highly experienced Site Administrator to support our team at our Western Ranges Project

The Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring that administrative requirements are met on site and that administrative support is available to the Project Team. Additionally, required information are communicated to Head-Office.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Responsibilities includes**:

- Assist with raising purchase orders and receipting invoices in EXO
- Liaise with Accounts Payable in regard to Supplier accounts.
- Assist with the mobilisation of Employees/Sub-Contractors to site including processing mobilisation through the Worley process.
- Accommodation management and bookings
- Flight management and bookings
- Roster management
- Liaise with HR/Payroll ensuring payroll summary sheets, HR forms and any other relevant documentation are provided to Head-Office in a timely manner.
- Overall project reporting as required and taking of meeting minutes.
- Record keeping
- General Project Admin support including managing logistics.
- RTIO Inducted
- Extensive experience with Worley systems and processes
- Extensive FIFO experience as a Site Administrator
- Relevant Administration qualifications and certificates
- Senior first aid certificate or equivalent ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Word, Powerpoint, especially Excel
- WA "C" class drivers licence
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactivity to support site Management
