**People and Culture Coordinator, QANTM, Melbourne (full time, hybrid)**
QANTM Intellectual Property Pty Ltd (QANTM) is the owner of leading intellectual property (IP) businesses operating in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong under the following key brands Davies Collison Cave Group, FPA Patent Attorneys and Sortify. With approximately 400 employees across its businesses, the QANTM group of businesses have a strong track record in providing IP services to a broad range of Australian and international clients, ranging from start-up technology businesses to Fortune 500 multinationals, public research institutions and universities.
QANTM has a fantastic opportunity for an HR Coordinator to be part of a small friendly HR team based in Melbourne and gain exposure to all parts of the HR function and employee life cycle.
**About the role**
- Support the People & Culture team with HR administrative tasks. Some examples are onboarding and offboarding employees, recruitment, remuneration reviews, preparing HR documents and reporting.
- Manage the P&C inbox and respond to general queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and provide reports for HR team and Managing Principals when needed.
- Coordinate internal learning and development activity.
- Manage the People and Culture intranet page and ensure all documents and policies are up to date.
- Assist with HR projects, events and other initiatives.
- Be the key point of contact for QANTM Central enquiries.
**About You**
- This is a great opportunity for an HR Coordinator who has a minimum of two years' experience in a similar HR Coordinator role, providing excellent internal client service and assisting with employee processes.
- As the first point of contact, you bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident speaking with external and internal stakeholders.
- You bring experience with excel and the creation of reports, presentations, using information from HR and payroll systems. Experience with Microsoft products, eg Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience using and maintaining an online filing system.
- Exposure to using data and AI to improve processes and help with reporting would be an advantage.
- A tertiary degree is required.
- A strong interest in People and Culture and a field in HR.
