**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS and HHS values as outlined above.
- Perform all functions associated with receipting, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of clinical supplies and equipment.
- Liaise and communicate with supply personnel and clients in relation to supply matters.
- Maintain a safe workplace in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety guidelines.
- Any duties set by the Supply Supervisor and Supply Manager.

**Key Competencies**:

- Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, practices relevant to the warehousing and distribution pick and pack functions.
- Ability to acquire the knowledge and skills to operate motor vehicles and materials handling equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work environments.
- Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with clients and staff.

**Madatory Qualifications and other Requirements**:

- Movement and physical suitability to perform the manual handling tasks associated with completing the role.
- A forklift license would be desirable
