Why not join the team that brings a smile every day to millions of people **Description**: About The Role This role provides a unique opportunity to further develop your career in leading FMCG company, where you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to business growth. The role is responsible for achieving service and supply targets through coordinated replenishment for selected sites in the Sunny Queen supply chain. You will coordinate supply between farms & customers, in conjunction with other key internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, warehousing, logistics & supply chain. You will assist the business in meeting requirements for new product launches, promotions, product changes, range changes, to ensure supply is consumed and customer outcomes are optimised. Key Responsibilities - Supply planning - collaborate with farms and planning team members to support optimised farm production plans in line with constraints and business objectives - Inventory planning - coordinate replenishment into warehouses to ensure stock availability to meet required demand plans - Order management - Manage orders for key customers in collaboration with warehouse and transport to ensure optimised customer outcomes - Transport management - Work with transport partners to ensure the efficient movement of goods through the supply chain - Stock management - monitor stock and identify and manage issues and maintain accuracy - Relationships - foster strong relationships with farm, supplier, transport, warehouse, sales, customer and other key stakeholders to improve supply outcomes. **To be successful in this role**: - You can work independently and, in a team - You take a proactive approach to work, with the ability to troubleshoot problems - You are motivated and disciplined with strong numeric, written, and communication skills - You support and actively contribute to continuous improvement - You are skilled in using excel, ERP, and planning systems - You are able to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to foster a cohesive, harmonious environment to collectively achieve business objectives - You have a work safe - home safe approach **The essentials**: - Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Production Planning, role with FMCG or retail experience - Relevant degree qualification What can Sunny Quen offer you?
