**_The Opportunity:_**

Are you passionate about ensuring clients experience the very best service and support? In this role, you will be the voice of our client, engaging with professionals in the dentistry industry and helping them find the solutions they need.
**_Your Responsibilities Will Include_**:

- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally to address customer queries and accurately take product orders.
- Undertaking accurate and efficient entry of customer order data into the SAP system.
- Providing accurate and comprehensive product information to customers.
- Responding efficiently and effectively to customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Creating and meticulously checking customer invoices for submission to the accounts department.
- Processing returned stock efficiently to facilitate timely customer credits.
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accuracy and relevance for all communications.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of current sales promotions and proactively engaging with customers to inform them of available offers.
- Working collaboratively and flexibly within a small, supportive team, sharing responsibilities to ensure all daily tasks are completed effectively.
- Providing valuable support to sales representatives through a dedicated ‘buddy’ system.
- Offering direct backup support to Product Specialists as needed.
- Receiving and accurately entering customer orders via both telephone and electronic channels.
- Receiving and entering consignment orders into SAP with precision.
- Efficiently managing customer consignment stock through diligent monitoring, providing essential stock data to Sales Specialists, and resolving any stock discrepancies.
- Managing Faulty Product Claims effectively by liaising with Sales Specialists, customers, and Head Office, ensuring accurate administration of all relevant paperwork, meticulous monitoring of data, and thorough maintenance of records.

**_What You'll Bring:_**
To thrive in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including PC/Mac and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, sales, or support.
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support and service to customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A high drive to achieve results and consistently exceed expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- A highly motivated, personable, and influential approach.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A strong ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently, often with short notice.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or CRM systems would be advantageous.
