Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Officer based in Harris Park, NSW. The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payable transactions, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role involves daily communication with vendors and internal departments, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Invoice Processing
  • Experience with statement reconciliation and past experience with subcontractor claims ideal
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with accounting software (CHEOPS experience preferred but not essential) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in construction industry.
