**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for checking and coding invoices to the general ledger, processing supplier payments, credit card expense claims, out of pocket expense claims, petty cash, supplier and statement reconciliations. Assist with end of month reporting, filing and data entry. If this sounds like you, download our position description for more information.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance and Administration role including supplier reconciliation experience
- Demonstrated experience in working with an ERP system, preferably TechnologyOne
- Current Driver's Licence to travel to PCYC Branches if required.

**Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
