Are you seeking a dynamic opportunity in a company that fosters an outgoing and flexible work culture? Our client, a reputable organization based in Osborne Park, Perth, is currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Accounts Officer to join their team.

**Job Title**:Accounts Officer

**Working Hours**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Salary**:$65,000 - $70,000 + super

**Location**:Osborne Park, WFH Flexibility

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Accounts Payable Management**:Oversee the end-to-end process, from generating purchase orders to executing payments efficiently.
- ** Creditor Statement Reconciliation**:Assist in reconciling creditor statements on a monthly basis for accuracy and completeness.
- ** Accounts Receivable Handling**:Manage the entire accounts receivable function, including the allocation and receipt of payments on a regular basis.
- ** Bank Statement Processing**:Daily processing of bank statements to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.
- ** Debtor Records Maintenance**:Maintain precise records of outstanding debtors and provide regular reports. Investigate and follow up on overdue accounts diligently.
- ** Month-End Reconciliation**:Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end reconciliations for relevant accounts payable accounts and sub-ledgers.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in handling end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
